Soniya Tejwani has been with Eastern Yacht Club for four years, serving as the Director of Events. With over a decade of experience in events and hospitality, her diverse background spans both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, including high-profile weddings, cultural institutions, large-scale festivals, and galas. Soniya oversees all club functions and is typically the primary point of contact for clients.
Jared Chorney
General Manager
General Manager of Eastern Yacht Club, Jared Chorney, brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, independent restaurants, and private clubs. He has led Eastern Yacht Club for three years and previously served as General Manager of Bloomfield Hills Country Club for five years. His leadership focuses on enhancing member experiences, operational excellence, and upholding the club’s prestigious traditions.
Brandon Farrell
Director of Operations & Sommelier
Brandon Farrell has spent a decade as the Director of Operations and Sommelier for the club, elevating the member experience to new heights. He has worked tirelessly to strengthen the programs, streamline operations, and foster collaboration, making the EYC a leader in the private club industry.
Christina Occhunio
As the front desk manager, Christina Occhiuto oversees dinner and event reservations, as well as guest room bookings. She also ensures the club's housekeeping is maintained to provide a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. She is dedicated to hospitality and strives to make each visit memorable, adding a personal touch to make our club feel like a home away from home.

Director of Restaurant Operations
Selin Kiran is the Director of Restaurant Operations, where she has been working for five seasons. She oversees day-to-day restaurant management and strategic direction, whilst building strong relationships with the club's endeared members. With a passion for hospitality and excellence, she ensures a seamless dining experience across all dining locations.
